Review by 10-2-Go for The Step F1053 Home Trainer Rating: I needed a small step so I could work out in my carpeted office during my lunch break (ah, the life of a busy working parent!). This is just the right size for that purpose. It's sturdy, even though, as other reviewers noted, the platform does not lock onto the risers--I've jogged up and down on it, jumped on and off, with and without the risers, and it doesn't move. Its only fault is that it makes a pretty loud noise as you step on it because it's hollow. I'm trying to figure out how to dampen the sound so I don't bother people in adjacent offices. I should have bought the two-riser model, though. Just remember, this is a smaller model than those used in gyms.

It does serve its purpose and I can use it easily in a small space. You just have to be careful and watch where you step. If you are used to using the bigger gym size steps it is easy to miss the step.

I brought these and the price is right as well. I just got them today and wore them. They look the pressure off my wrist and gave me more support just like it should. Yeah I'll will buy them again when I need new ones.

Unless you only plan to use these gloves for a week or less, invest your money in a different pair. They were a very big disappointment to me.

Review by Philly for Valeo Competition Wrist Wrap Lifting Gloves Rating: I owned these gloves for 2 years. Never had a major problem with stitching. They are comfortable gloves, especially the padding on the palm for heavy benching. At first I didn't like the wrist strap, but now I can see how it stablizes the wrist and I like it a lot.

Only downside is that the leather around the fingers do curl/crunch up a bit after 2 years use and I often find myself straightening it out.

But for the price on Amazon - you could buy a pair every year and it's a pretty good price!

Rather, I am in a manual wheelchair and these gloves, with the full 3/4 length on the fingers and the incredible soft, "sticky" leather helps me to move my wheelchair with ease and comfort - and the double thick leather in the palm and "thumb cradle" makes for long lasting performance. I have, and still do, recommend these gloves to other wheelchair bound people who use manual chairs.
Furthermore, the service I recieved from Amazon was first rate. Fair pricing, quick shipping and on-time delivery made this a most enjoyable experience.

If you are into serious competition these aren't the gloves for you but for getting in shape and basic weightlifting they work fine.

I bought this machine because I used another one made by Precor at my gym and loved it!! I started a home gym and had to have this piece of equipment as part of my gym. The Precor model was outside of my budget so I purchased this one instead.

Stretching after a workout is somewhat of a chore for me and I would sometimes forget muscle groups that I had worked out. This machine comes with a chart of all major muscle groups and walks you through a program. I stretch for about 10-15 minutes after each workout and feel great afterwards and much less sore the following days after a workout. My lower back and glutes are the areas the needs the most attention and this works so well there!

I came across this unit when I bought my treadmill and not only was this unit cheaper BUT also gives me a deeper stretch because the handlebar comes towards you than what other units offer. The video and flip book are nice and gives me more stretching options than the unit at my chiro's. I really enjoy my daily stretching routine!"
